Managed to reduce 4 Kg

Following Tom Venuto's method, I managed to reduce my weight from 72kg to 68kg recently. I didn't really work very hard at it. I just watch my food in take in the sense that I reduce fats, carbohydrates and sugar. However, I still eat the same amount. I started to do some exercise. Instead of playing games, I do brisk walkinga / jogging. I watch the heart beat speed and try to maintain my heart beat between 150% to 180% of my resting heart beat and maintain at least for 25 minutes. I try to do it 2 - 3 times per week.
